*sigh*

It's been quite crazy right now for me. Hence, I actually let my domain name expire. I've had a ton of expenses lately, due to my being jobless for a time. I've regained a job. I'm a Courtesy Associate at WalMart. Not the best job, and not my choice of career, but a paycheck for now. =) The job is steady, (I work 40+hrs a week) back-breaking, (I push carts) and demanding. (my schedule is about as random as a shotgun) But again, money is nice to have.

On a lighter personal note, my latest and greatest toy is the iPod Nano, 4GB, blue. I work literally all the time, and don't know when posting will be regular again. I'm a text machine, even at work, look on my Facebook for my number. I also IM occasionally, but it's hard to find me on there too.

happenings

What's been happening with me? Much, really. I've been in a transition. From school, (or at least the knowledge that I should be doing school), to no school, (or the relief that I no longer have to). The change is a unique one. I'm really at a loss for words to go into detail at the present time. However, I'd like to say this. I'm free. Like, really free. So, if you want to do something, hit me up with an email. I'm bored as heck really. Let's grab a bite to eat. See a movie. Let's do something.

Life threw a curve ball at me today. That's for sure. Again, can't go into it a whole lot. IM or call if you want the lowdown. If not, just keep me in mind. And in prayer. ;-)

*sigh*

Nonetheless. Prayer is in order. For me. And particularly that I will have the courage to do some things I know I must, yet haven't.

Many thanks,
Addison

Glenn Beck on Tour

I want to attend Glenn's An Inconvenient Tour at Fox Theater on June 9th. But I don't want to attend alone. So, who'll go with me? NFO about the tour can be found here. If you want to go contact me privately via email or my cell phone if you know it.

I'd really like to go, but don't want to attend alone.

UPDATE: The tickets I want are the cheapest ones at $22.50. For more info on the event, see, MetroTix. For NFO on the Fox Theater seating, see, the Fox Theater Seating Chart.

Twitter

Yes. I'm on Twitter. My profile is at twitter.com/addisontodd.

It's a neat idea. Register, than post short (under 160 characters) updates about what you're doing at any given moment. Update it from IM, the web, (twitter.com) or send TXT messages from your phone. Their tagline is "What are you doing?". It's also fun to watch the public timeline. You can add your friends and get updates on what they're doing. There are also some neat users on there. For example, I follow Darth Vader. His updates are hilarious! I also follow zombieattack. A small town under attack by zombies. Their bio says "The world is under attack by zombies. Watch what happens." Awesome. So, why am I posting this? I guess to say get on Twitter. It's fun. It's addicting. If not, you can see my updates to Twitter on the right hand side underneath "Recent Entries". Have fun!

The End Of My Academic Career?

Fighting the Left, doing it Right.

I'm moments away from posting signs downloaded from ProtestWarrior up on campus at Florissant Valley Community College. This is a bold move. We'll see what the ramifications are....

The turn of the year

Whooie! Life has been really busy lately. The biggest personal news is... I got a cellphone!! If you're the type that wants to know what kind... it's the Samsung SCH a930. Anyway. I like it. I'm on Verizon, which seems to be working fine for the time being. If you want my number, email me, and I'll consider getting it to you.

Anyway. Hope you had a happy new year.

The Busy Holidays....

My deepest regrets that I haven't been able to post much lately. I've been quite busy at many different things.... ok... work mostly. I'm working between 30-40 hours a week right now. That, along with anything else I want to do keeps me busy and unavailable for online time.

To catch you up... I've considered posting an erroneous and uniquely funny Christmas list like I did for my birthday... If only I had the time. Anyway, here's hoping you've a blessed Christmas, and that you remember that Jesus is the Reason for The Season. Drop me a line in the comments... I still love hearing from you... ;)

Merry Christmas!!!

Yesterday's Elections

Well, personally, I'm quite disappointed with yesterday's elections. Sure, I got to vote. w00t! But I sure wasn't expecting that outcome. Democrats now have control in the house, and perhaps the senate. I fear for our nation. It scares me; the extreme left-wing idealogical that is so prevalent in America today.

*groans in frustration*

Senior Year Update

Well, my senior class has decided on a class verse. Micah 6:8 "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" We have yet to decide what music will play as we exit the auditorium after the ceremony. My vote is He's a Pirate from the Pirates of The Caribbean: The Curse of The Black Pearl soundtrack. I've uploaded it to the player on the right. Some want the James Bond Theme. Considering that we're the class of 2007. :) That'd be ok. He's a Pirate would be great though. Supposedly there's 42 seniors graduating this year. Sweet.

We've decided what color rose to give our Moms during the ceremony. Red. (duh) Black; (my idea) was shot down.

In other news, I got a 90 on my first math test at Flo Valley. I don't know if I'll post the results to all my tests. That is, if they decline, I won't post them. :)
