Democrats have control of the House, and they are on the verge of controlling the Senate. Right now, it hinges on Virginia and Montana races to be final.

As of 10:12AM:
Claire McCaskill beat Jim Talent with a 49.5% margin.
Amendment 2 passed with a 50.7% margin.
