The Love I Have Yet To Have
I want to love.
Deeper, broader, fuller than I've ever known.
This love is a full, sweet, satisfying love.
This love is not selfish in any way.
It continually thinks of others, and never itself.
This love is pulchritudinous, long, never-ending.
This love is not bought, neither is it sold.
All who see this love desire it, or at least it's qualities.
This love, is the love I have yet to have.

Love's "pulchritudinous", eh? Now, this is just my personal preference, but when I read poetry I don't generally like to have to look up words in the dictionary. And for a word that means, "physically beautiful" it sure doesn't sound beautiful. But don't let critique bother you. I just felt like picking on the word.
The rest is good. It's definitely written from the heart and one can't argue with that.

1. It really wasn't poetry. At least, I didn't intend it to be....
2. Just sort of grabbed that word. Thought it fit.
3. Glad you enjoyed it.
