Always look before you buy!
Yesterday I went to QT and bought a Mountain Dew. Those of you that know me know that I like Mountain Dew, and that I drink it often. So, I bought a Mountain Dew. I came outside and was drinking it right in front of the store. So; when I took the first drink I though to myself, “this doesn’t taste right”. However, I kept drinking, thinking perhaps I had a foul taste in my mouth that was polluting the taste of the Mountain Dew. I kept drinking and it wasn’t getting any better. By this time, I’m about four inches or so into the bottle. Then, my brother whom I was waiting for comes out. I turn, and, in the process, I see that I purchased a diet Mountain Dew. Now, I don’t know if you’ve ever had a diet Mountain Dew. I would hope that you haven’t had that unfortunate experience. I ended up going back into QT and buying a regular and throwing the half drank diet in the trash. My brother got a good laugh out of it, but I’m still counting the money I spent on diet and regular Mountain Dew. So, that’s why the title for today’s post.
